Niplast Storage Tanks

Established in 1979, Niplast is one of the UK’s longest-established brands of industrial plastic storage tanks and bunded chemical tanks. We have a cumulative experience of over 100 years, from the shop floor down to the board room. We bring this experience and manufacturing expertise to both the more straightforward liquid storage applications but also to the more unusual problems that process industries often create. We manufacture storage tanks to CEN standard BS EN 12573, welded, static non-pressurised thermoplastic tanks and to its forerunner, the definitive German specification, DVS 2205. Both standards demand the careful consideration of all prevailing storage criteria including but not limited to specific gravity, temperature, location and compatibility. Tanks are commonly manufactured from fabrication grade polypropylene – homo or co-polymer- high-density polyethylene and PVDF, to a documented ISO 9001 quality assurance system.
