The U-Trough FS (Farm Series) is Norstar`s standard unloading system. Tried and tested on the market for over a decade, Norstar unloads provide efficiency and operational safety in clean-out. The permanently installed gear-driven sweep is fully integrated with the U-Trough to create a complete system that is easily operated from outside of the bin. Norstar`s Widemouth Center Sump increases takeout capacity while our SureGrip™ Wheel ensures sweep traction and forward motion. The U-Trough EX (Express Series) is Norstar`s BRAND NEW unload offering. An innovative pairing of increased unload capacity and sweep power. Designed for use in larger bins than our standard FS series, the EX series is built to combine with Norstar`s Commercial Express Sweep using a sweep pivot located at the center sump. Powered by a motorized tractor drive and Norstar`s SureGrip™ Wheel, The Commercial Express provides a combination of power and capacity that lends itself to operations that require more than a standard Farm Series Sweep. This partnership allows Norstar`s U-Trough EX to provide you with unmatched unload efficiency.

Norstar offers a Tube Unload that provides ease and safety in operation. The Tube combines with our permanently installed Gear-Driven Sweep. Both the Unload and the Sweep are operated by a single motor and controlled at the Power Head, providing a safe operation with no need to carry a sweep in and out of the bin.

The Norstar Platinum Series is an innovative sweep/unload system that fully-integrates a Motorized Sweep with a U-trough Unload. The Platinum Series offers true Zero-Entry operation with an Above-Floor Collector Ring and a Twin-Flight Center Sump. These features allow for the sweep and unload to seamlessly combine with all cabling running underneath the floor. The Platinum Series provides exceptional efficiency in gravity unload and clean-out, with unload capacities of up to 12,000 BPH and sweep capacities of up to 6,500 BPH.
