The “V” configuration makes the machine a lot more efficient than a single beam version, the leading tine disturbing the soil for the following tines. NRH double coil packers are available to suit nearly every type of plough.  Light and medium land can be drilled following the plough.  Stronger land can be effectively worked down sealing in the moisture preventing baking and enabling the soil to be subsequently worked with the minimum of passes.  NRH plough packers are made from two opposite wound coils level and pack the seedbed.  Coils are made from 40mm solid steel complete with star cleaners.

The NRH Front Mounted Cambridge Roller consolidates consistently across the width of the tractor.  Optional breaker rings help to break the clod and float to keep the press clean.  Made in the UK from top quality materials, they are designed for long life with minimum maintenance.

Utilise your existing machine by adding one of NRH’s larger diameter packer roller. The Diameter of the tube is 610mm and with the heavy duty teeth takes the total diameter to 750mm. The barrel comes with a water bung as standard, allowing for extra weight to be added if required. The NRH scraper kit is also available to suit if desired. The scrapers are reversible, 6inch wide and made from a hardwearing Boron material.

The Front Mounted Progressive with one row of cast rings followed by a solid coil has been developed for the farmer who needs packing in loose soil. It also does a credible job in heavy land where the cutting action of the 700mmcast rings is important.  Two rows of straight tines, paddle boards and heavy duty tines are available.
