At Operative IQ, we work hard and we have fun. We are committed to serving the First Response industries with excellent customer service and top-tier software solutions. Originally named Ambutrak, Operative IQ was built out of a need for a local Georgia-based EMS agency to track their medical supply inventory. Our President / CEO, EJ Aufderheide, was involved in the development from the very beginning. Ambutrak grew quickly as agencies realized their need to move away from paper and onto an electronic solution. In 2013, we rebranded the product from Ambutrak to Operative IQ and began to innovate even more advanced solutions. Since then, Operative IQ has continued to lead the market with new solutions for the First Response industries. We created Controlled Substance Tracking, RFID Solutions, and Operative IQ Front Line to address the need for faster and better answers for managing operational readiness.
