Easy to install and relocate when necessary, OPICO Grain Dryers do not require vast expenditure on handling equipment and our Gas Grain Dryers can easily dry up to 168 tons per day automatically, with minimal supervision. Using gas with 3 phase or PTO drive OPICO dryers recirculate the grain constantly to dry thoroughly and consistently whilst improving hectolitre weights and augmenting quality.

The New Magna 120 Eco is a base spec Dryer designed to give an affordable 12 ton holding capacity Dryer whilst still offering the clean burn, fuel saving technology like the rest of the magna range. Its Duax heat core retains and builds up heat ensuring a more even temperature and a clean burn. The 120`s fixed screens allow even quicker setup and make it a easily mobile Dryer. Stainless steel perforated screens, 1.5mm on the outside and 2.5mm on the inner plenum providing maximum airflow without compromise (particularly important when drying rape). Fixed screens and discharge head for fast simple set up from transport to working position. The pressure at which the centrifugal fans work ensures that the air produced is driven through even the densest and wettest crops. A grain sampler comes as standard. Heavy duty bevel gearbox drives the 368mm (14½") main auger. The auger and gearbox assembly is mounted on a 15mm base plate which gives strength and durability to the bottom bin.

The OPICO range of Magna dryers are specifically designed with UK farmers` crops and needs in mind. The 1200QF provides efficient, clean, diesel fired drying and ease of transport. Both models use a large cross-flow centrifugal fan which is quiet and powerful. The Magna range has all the benefits of true re-circulation, better sample, improved hectolitre weight and ease of management The Eco-Flo diesel burner gives a semi-indirect burn to ensure it is the most environmentally friendly batch dryer yet. At the same time the Magna`s multi-tiled "heat-exchanger" retains and builds up heat to give super efficient drying.

This 1200QF Auto Electric dryer is able to load, dry, cool and unload completely automatically allowing unattended drying hour after hour. The OPICO range of Magna dryers are specifically designed with UK farmers` crops and needs in mind. Providing efficient, clean, diesel fired drying these fully automated models can be set up in conjunction with a wet holding bin and will load, dry, cool and unload automatically giving unattended drying hour after hour, 7 days a week.

Low cost seeding with your cultivation equipment, the Variocast Seeder can be mounted on any type of implement and used for sowing crops such as rape, stubble turnips, kale and other small seeds as well as distributing slug pellets. Being ground wheel driven it maintains a consistent seedrate whatever speed the implement is working at. Drive is taken from the spoked land wheel and transmitted through a 12mm flexible drive cable to a variator gearbox. A simple lever system on the gearbox adjusts the output shaft speed and therefore seedrate.

The rigid, non-folding Grass Harrows consist of 3 models, 1.5m, 2m and the larger model at 3m wide. All three models can be supplied with either Category 1 or 2 pins if specified at the time of order.

Whether you are over-seeding or re-seeding pastures OPICO have a seeder to suit the job. The AIR 8 seeder is designed to fit directly onto an OPICO Grass Harrow. The seeder accurately meters and distributes the seed evenly across the width of the machine whilst the Grass Harrow opens up the soil and creates a tilth and then covers in the seed resulting in the ideal environment for seed germination. The Air 8 (E) Electronic uses the electronic control as standard with a motor to drive the metering mechanism and twin electric fans to distribute the seed through its 8 outlets on machines up to 6.5m wide.

2.5m and 3.0m models are available, the 2.5m model has 56 blades and the 3m has 72, both with four blades per rotor for maximum effectiveness.
