The ECO 200 Orizzonti dual-bladed fixed column pruning machine, mounted on the front of the tractor, together with the model ECO 400 is the range of machines characterised by structural simplicity and use that should not alter the characteristics of reliability and safety that makes the Orizzonti machines leader in their sector. The ECO 200 pruning machine is fitted with single dual-bladed vertical mowing bar with a length of 200 cm with a movement of the structure that is completely mechanical, except for raising of the supporting column that remains hydraulic. The mowing bar, as all those mounted on the Orizzonti machines, have a gas shock absorber to reduce the stresses on the same bar during work. The strength of the column enables optimal work in purely flat vineyards.

The ECO 400 Orizzonti double trimmer with fixed column, mounted in front of the tractor, is part of an entry level machine range that, in its simplicity of structure, guarantees excellent working performance and reliability. The ECO 400 predisposes 2 vertical mower bars of L = 160 cm both bilama complete with anti-impact system with gas shock absorbers that compensate for any impact of the bars during processing. The concept of simplicity is highlighted in the conformation of the ECO 400, which has as standard only a hydraulic movement in the lift of the machine’s load-bearing column, instead managing all other movements mechanically. Reliable and robust, the ECO 400 is certainly an excellent solution for medium-large, mostly flat vineyards.

The Orizzonti CF200 dual blade pruning machine with fixed column, mounted in the front of the tractor, is distinguished by the presence of the single vertical mowing bar. Complete with an efficient hydraulic system for the movement of all its parts, it offers excellent performance in medium-small size vineyards. Similar to the entire Orizzonti range of pruning machines, the CF 200 can also be fitted with an electro-hydraulic system, managed by a simple joystick manipulator enabling rapid performance of all the movements during work. The electro-hydraulic solution becomes, for the purposes of safety and subsequent EC legislation, mandatory for anyone who has a tractor cab.

The CFC 200 Orizzonti fixed column knife-bladed pruning machine, mounted in the front of the tractor is fitted with a vertical knife-bladed mowing bar, with 1.70 m of work. This model of machine is an excellent solution for small - medium sized mainly flat vineyards thanks to its sturdy fixed column that supports the mowing bar. The hydraulic system with 4 functions, fitted as standard on the CFC 200 Orizzonti pruning machine allows all the movements of the structure and of the vertical bar, necessary for good management of the foliage.

The CFC 300 Orizzonti fixed column knife-bladed pruning machine, mounted in the front of the tractor is fitted with a vertical knife-bladed mowing bar and an upper knife-bladed mowing bar, topping. This model of machine is an excellent solution for medium- to large-sized mainly flat vineyards thanks to its sturdy fixed column that supports the two mowing bars. The hydraulic system with 4 functions, fitted as standard on the CFC 300 Orizzonti pruning machine allows all the movements of the structure and of the two bars, necessary for good management of the foliage.

Trimmer with fixed column complete with cutting bars with 4 vertical knife tunnel structure L. 150 cm. and cushioned 2 knife upper topping L. 80 cm. It has a hydraulic distributor with 5 levers (4 + on/off motors): side extension; vertical lift, tunnel tilt, tunnel hydraulic opening with the option of regulating the speed of the blades directly from the distributor. Standard parking tripod. It requires a pair of hydraulic tractor connectors with 30 lt/min and 180 bar/max of pressure.

The PRO CUT line also comprises two simpler versions, the C300, and T300 versions. Distinguished by the same solid and robust structure as the previous versions, PRO CUT T300 has an L-blade cutting system with a double blade, in the standard configuration L.200 cm for the vertical and L.100 cm for the horizontal. Self-leveling system for the control of the standard cutting bars, 5-function electro-hydraulic distributor (4 + 1) with a joystick, requires 1 pair of hydraulic oil outlets from the tractor and 30-35 lt / min of oil and 180 bar max of pressure.

The PRO CUT T 500 is the professional trimmer from the PRO CUT line, characterized by 3 double-blade cutting bars (double blade) with an inverted U solution, with lengths of 2 meters for the vertical bars and 1 meter for the horizontal bar. It has a self-leveling column system for the movement of the entire cutting group, an electro-hydraulic distributor with 5 functions (4+1) with a joystick.

The new DSA air leaf remover, designed by Orizzonti s.r.l., is based on the same reversible frame as the TRD 500 leaf remover. The leaf remover head consists of two discs with nozzles, which, thanks to the rear compressor, propel air towards the plant, eliminating excess leaves. The supporting frame allows for three hydraulic movements: vertical lift, lateral movement, 180° tilting of the working head to invert the working area, and an on/off switch to start the hydraulic motor that controls the blower. The compressor is driven by a PTO shaft, and the connection to the front DSA is via dedicated pipes that must be correctly and carefully secured above or to the side of the tractor. 

The TRD 500 deleafer for vineyards has a reversible working head and vertical roller suction system. Complete with an automatic electric sensor, suitable to propers and delicated operation without any damages of the grapes. The new Automatic Sensor include a touch-screen display to be adapt on the tractor, to adjusts and controlls all parameters of the machines (angle, speed of van, etc..). The machine has an electro-hydraulic distributor controlled by a Joystick, for the following movements: vertical lift; side extension; 180° head rotation and on/off motors directly from the Joystick. Standard parking tripod. It requires a pair of hydraulic connectors and a free tractor return coupling with 30 lt/min and 180 bar/ max. of pressure.
