The new DSA air leaf remover, designed by Orizzonti s.r.l., is based on the same reversible frame as the TRD 500 leaf remover. The leaf remover head consists of two discs with nozzles, which, thanks to the rear compressor, propel air towards the plant, eliminating excess leaves. The supporting frame allows for three hydraulic movements: vertical lift, lateral movement, 180° tilting of the working head to invert the working area, and an on/off switch to start the hydraulic motor that controls the blower. The compressor is driven by a PTO shaft, and the connection to the front DSA is via dedicated pipes that must be correctly and carefully secured above or to the side of the tractor. 

The TRD 500 deleafer for vineyards has a reversible working head and vertical roller suction system. Complete with an automatic electric sensor, suitable to propers and delicated operation without any damages of the grapes. The new Automatic Sensor include a touch-screen display to be adapt on the tractor, to adjusts and controlls all parameters of the machines (angle, speed of van, etc..). The machine has an electro-hydraulic distributor controlled by a Joystick, for the following movements: vertical lift; side extension; 180° head rotation and on/off motors directly from the Joystick. Standard parking tripod. It requires a pair of hydraulic connectors and a free tractor return coupling with 30 lt/min and 180 bar/ max. of pressure.
