Typically, the tensioned covers come with two manholes, facilitating the mixing processes within the silo. This cover can be custom-made to fit any diameter and height, making it suitable for both new installations and existing silos. The structure can be installed using a crane or by unfolding it on a 'spider web', depending on conditions and installation method. The installation includes tensioning the hood with stainless steel ratchets for a secure fit. The tensioned cover holds a five-year warranty and is certified for ten years post-installation under KIWA certification standards.
