PhenomeOne - Breeding Process Management Module
Phenome One’s Breeding Process Management module supports all stages of the breeding process, including germplasm development and pedigrees, designing of breeding fields, manage selections, crosses and observations. Using the system breeders are able to load their current and historical data, establish and design new breeding trials and fields, collect data from the field to the system and analyze it statistically. Phenome One also scans the data and provides new insights and findings on the data. Recommendations produced by the system assist in making better decisions and pinpoint promising selections and crosses that could lead to new and better varieties. In many cases these varieties could not be identified otherwise.
PhenomeOne - Inventory Module
The Inventory module in PhenomeOne integrates inventory activities to the breeding cycle and digitalize track and trace of germplasm lots. This module will support the inventory management of seed lots, plant lots and more. It includes automatic stock deduction as part of breeding activities such as sowing and creating new stock in activities such as seed extraction or plant propagation. The inventory module supports identification of each lot with a unique barcode or QR code, automatic scales, automatic brix capturing and more.
PhenomeOne - Data Analytics Module
Phenome One’s Data Analytics module applies statistical methods and algorithms to assist in translating data generated in breeding programs into smart decisions, using customized statistical analysis, graphic visualization, statistical significance and more.
PhenomeBI - Algorithm to Identify High Potential Crosses Module
PhenomeBI module implements a unique and innovative algorithm for predicting hybrids performance (crosses) in hybrids crops. System prediction for parents to cross is received by analyzing all existing data, including parents, pedigree, previous generations, previous hybrids, phenotypes, markers, and more. The user will define desired trait profile for the hybrids and then let the system scan the database to find the best parent combinations to match the profile. Finally, the user can make a decision if to create the cross or not, while considering system recommendation. This module saves years of breeding by maximizing the likelihood to find the best potential parents combinations. Each recommendation is accommodated with detailed information indicating why this pair of parents was suggested.
