Small fields have different needs than larger fields. As a result of these differences, we have designed a cost-effective solution to meet the needs of both the growers and the fields being irrigated. Small field pivots are a lightweight pivot system especially designed to irrigate small fields with low flow rates saving investment and energy costs and using the Pierce precision and technology.

The CP600 is a system designed to adapt to a variety of weather, crop and field conditions, all the while providing maximum performance in water efficiency and increased crop yields, year after year. The system can be configured for a variety of span lengths and overhang combinations with multiple sprinkler packages.

A towable pivot irrigation system operates similarly to a conventional center pivot but offers flexibility with adjustable positioning. It is transported by a tractor pulling directly from its four-wheel carriage to access the next hydrant. Typically, it irrigates one position per season, but it can also cover multiple positions within the same season. In such instances, the equipment needs to be towed multiple times, and its flow rate must be increased to adequately address the crop’s water requirements across the entire irrigated area.

Pierce has a wide range of linear systems that covers all the possible terrains and water accessibility circumstances. The LS200 system comprises a two-wheel cart specifically engineered to pull polyethylene hoses up to a maximum diameter of 125 millimeters and lengths of up to 140 meters, rendering it ideal for deployment in rectangular fields. The articulating elbow, with a diameter of six inches, facilitates the connection of the hose to the cart.

The LS4x4 models were developed in the United States, designed to be used in larger fields for which they have been equipped with more traction capacity. This system is known for its ability to rotate up to 180 degrees from its base, effectively doubling the irrigation area in both directions of movement. The cart should be placed at the machine’s end, and a hose is required to access the water supply.

The iControlStandard is a complete control panel that enables manual operation control over the classic functionality of a pivot using the switches on the dashboard. Operator controls are standard electro-mechanical devices which include a voltmeter, hourmeter, and percentimers, and are operated using either push buttons or twist switches. iControlStandard panels are operator-friendly and easy to understand.
