Single operator system to produce fillets from head on gutted Salmon in the size range 1.5 Kgs. to 6 Kgs.. Comprises HV 40 head cutting machine which delivers fish into an automatic transfer system which feed fish into an FR 9000 MK III filleting machine.

Single operator system to produce fillets from such species as Trout, Arctic Char, Lake Whitefish, Pike Perch and similar species in the size range 400 Grams to 2 KG depending on Species.
