Our mission is to take on this global problem and the damage it causes the planet. PostHarvest Technologies has developed a product which can measure essential ripening gases and compounds at a micro level. By being able to measure and assess any changes at these micro levels, PostHarvest Technologies can predict when produce will ripen up to 9 months in advance. This system allows cool room operators to send out produce on time, every time – automating systems to create an ideal storage environment for fresh produce, with the aim of cutting down global cool room losses from 30% down to 5%. After winning five major international awards, grants and recognition PostHarvest is now undergoing mass production of its units to supply every major food operator in the world with its technology.
