The TACO II Computer from POUL TARP A/S is a new generation data-collection computer for milk collection tankers. The computer mounted on the tanker registers the farmer/collection point, measures the collected milk, takes samples and controls the latest pumping systems. With an integrated GPS-system for tracking, identification and registration of the supplier and destination (such as CIP stations), the office has real time information of the milk tanker and the collection details. During a milk collection, the TACO II computer controls the sampling of the collected milk - both supplier samples and load samples.

The S12 Pump Computer from POUL TARP A/S is a data-collecting pump computer for milk collection in milk tankers. The S12 Computer is mounted in the pump system on the tanker and registers the farmer/collection point, measures the collected milk, takes samples and controlls the pump system. With an integrated GPS-system for tracking, identification and registration of the supplier and destination (such as CIP stations) the office can follw the milk tanker and the collected milk all the way. During a milk collection the S12 Computer takes samples of the collected milk - both supplier samples and load samples.

TOC V is a robust cabin computer specifically designed for mounting in trucks, milk tankers, garbage trucks and other harsh environments. TOC V is resistant to temperature fluctuations, vibrations, moisture and voltage variations. The TOC V uses GPS to identify customers and collection points. TOC V has a split screen with list of routes and maps. The places to visit are marked on the map, when a place has been visited the mark will change color. TOC V comes with integrated navigation system.

The SMV4 sampler is built into the pump system and is developed to take constant samples during the hole milk load that runs through the pump system. The sample is representative for the total milk collection.

KeyTec Milk Cooling Tank Surveillance
The KeyTec cooling tank surveillance system is for controlling and securing the correct handling according to regulations for stirring, cooling and cleaning the milk being stored in milk cooling tanks.
Milk Tanker Pump Unit
Complete pump unit to collect the milk at the farmer/supplier. The pump unit: A S12 computer with a printer that is online with the dairy"s MTC IT-system. Flow meter, air separator, liquid detector, proportional controlled pumps and test sampler. The pump units can be delivered with a capacities from 150 L/min. to 2000 L/min. Data is transferred via GPRS to the dairy’s MTC IT-system. In the cabin of the truck there is a computer to navigate the driver to the next collection point.
Stationary Milk Pump Unit
Complete pump unit to pump the milk from the tanker to the dairy. Built-in computer, flow meter, air separator and test sampler.
Pump units can be delivered with a capacities from 150 L/min. to 2000 L/min. Data is transferred via GPRS to the dairy’s MTC IT-system. The pump unit communicates with a PC visualization program, which is used to control the storage of the milk.
PS Test Sampler
The Peristaltic Test Sampler is developed to take quality samples of milk in milk trucks during the pumping of the milk at the milk supplier. The benefits of using the test sampler are: It is a dosing and rotating test sampler which is installed on horizontal pipes. There is no carry over between the suppliers. The test sampler can take one or two samples independently. It can be used for taking supplier samples and load samples. The peristaltic test sampler is an inline test sampler.
