The KeyTec cooling tank surveillance system is for controlling and securing the correct handling according to regulations for stirring, cooling and cleaning the milk being stored in milk cooling tanks.

Complete pump unit to collect the milk at the farmer/supplier. The pump unit: A S12 computer with a printer that is online with the dairy"s MTC IT-system. Flow meter, air separator, liquid detector, proportional controlled pumps and test sampler. The pump units can be delivered with a capacities from 150 L/min. to 2000 L/min. Data is transferred via GPRS to the dairy’s MTC IT-system. In the cabin of the truck there is a computer to navigate the driver to the next collection point.

Pump units can be delivered with a capacities from 150 L/min. to 2000 L/min. Data is transferred via GPRS to the dairy’s MTC IT-system. The pump unit communicates with a PC visualization program, which is used to control the storage of the milk.

The Peristaltic Test Sampler is developed to take quality samples of milk in milk trucks during the pumping of the milk at the milk supplier. The benefits of using the test sampler are: It is a dosing and rotating test sampler which is installed on horizontal pipes. There is no carry over between the suppliers. The test sampler can take one or two samples independently. It can be used for taking supplier samples and load samples. The peristaltic test sampler is an inline test sampler.

The Test Bottle Frames can contain 10 bottles. The frames can be used directly in Voss and Bentley analysis. The frames are made in powder painted stainless steel and the cassette fits directly into the tanker refrigerator.

The transport box can contain 2 or 3 cassettes with each 40 milk sample bottles. A cooling element is placed under the lid.

With a handheld terminal it is possible to identify the milk supplier with either GPS, keying in a number or by scanning a barcode or an RFID tag. The registrations are printed out to the milk supplier and sent via GPRS to the office. The terminal can communicate wireless with a printer via Bluetooth.

The TOC II Cabin Computer has been especially designed for mounting and use in trucks, tankers and similar work environments. Its rugged construction makes it very resistant towards temperature fluctuations, vibrations, humidity and variations in power supply. The TOC II uses GPS to identify places/addresses and ultimately the client. The TOC II software provides a spilt-screen showing the route as a list and also as a map. All places to be visited are shown on the map and as the visits are carried out, the color of the address changes from red to green. The TOC II can be delivered with an integrated navigation system.

TOC Tablet is a cabin computer special developed for vans and trucks. With the TOC Tablet you get: GPS based collection, GPRS based order handling with on-screen information, All work related informations are available all the time, Split-screen information flow, Google map showing the nearest places to visit and indicating which orders / visits are missing, The route / visits are shown on the map and as a list, Integrated navigation system suitable for trucks, Possibility for entering information like waiting time etc. Very easy to install: Click on to holder!
