Poultry Patrol

Poultry Patrol is a robotics company that services the poultry production industry by providing solutions for increased bird movement, deceased bird detection and removal, bed tilling, welfare quantification, and improved biosecurity. In 2019, Poultry Patrol was a finalist in a worldwide contest aimed at improving the poultry industry. We have competed for The Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research and the McDonald’s Corporation Grant. Though we did not win the final prize, Digi Labs, a Wayzata-based tech incubator, liked our project and wanted us to continue and offered us a grant. Their grant and support has allowed us to develop and deploy robots to real poultry barn environments.
