Cages – Superior suspension and real flexibility QS steel wire cage is completely fabricated in our own wire manufacturing facility, developing and protecting new techniques to provide a consistently top quality cage product. Our cage wires material are heavily galvanized for protection against rust. Cages having Three/Four/Five tiers are supplied with automatic feeding, watering, egg collection & manure drying / removing system. The cage dimensions are such that it gives maximum comfort to the bird and easy access to feed.

The Multi – tier solution saves space and investment costs. It increases density by at least three times compared to conventional ground farming systems. It considerably improves performance and permits saving of at least 7 days per cycle, it also enables an extra cycle per year.  The drive motor is connected to the feed sensor, which gives back signal to start and stop the motor automatically, it meets the feeding requirement during every stage of growing period.  All the feed pan are filled simultaneously with the same amount of feed at the same time, it eliminates hungry hyperirritability,ensures uniform growth and enhances egg production.

QS Cages with Center Cool system are designed with 4” air gap between the tiers which allows fresh air to circulate evenly and continuously in the center of the shed and the birds in the middle row get proper ventilation. It is available in 2 tier cage with manure scraper or belt.

It ignites & operate on the basis of required temperature suitable for the b i r d s. Ignition takes place automatically only when gas supply is made, in absence of gas supply the system switches off automatically. The system saves gas and maintains uniform temperature; one space heater is suitable for 2500 to 3000 sq.ft. Depending on the atmospheric condition.
