With hundreds of plants already realized all over the world REDA has acquired great skill and experience in the construction of evaporators for the concentration of milk, serum, by-products from dairy processes but also for the concentration of grape musts, fruit juices and purées, syrups, honey, vegetable extracts and other special products.

This new dealcoholization system is designed to be used for wines dealcholisation through low temperature distillation. With this innovative technique only part of the wine comes processed (10/20% of the mass) while the remaining will be not touched. A great advantage for preservation of wine quality. The treatment foresees a fast “cold distillation” of the wine at +15°C with extraction of an evaporate mixture with 50°/60° Alcohol. Aromas recovery system will be selected in case of aromatic wines process.

REDA centrifuges of RE-T serie are specifically designed to skim, clean and standardize milk, cream and whey. These separators are specially built for dairy applications and match very high bowl speeds for the best performances in separation of solid particles with very small diameters (fat, dirty, spores and bacterias, etc).

REDA separators of RE-B serie are specially designed centrifuges used to separate micro-organisms (spores and bacterias) from raw milk.

REDA is a high experience group, with a deep competence in the technologies for milk processing and all its derivate products.?The Plant Division has designed and produced numerous “turn-key” projects around the world with automated control and management systems ranging from receiving of the raw product up to process control, including the CIP cleaning of the various sections, optimizing the integration of various lines in one unique and functional system.

Automatic lines for product reception, with accurate measuring devices, to collect the product from the road bulk tankers and send it to the storage tanks. With the system projected by REDA S.p.A. the product is sucked using a process “under vacuum”, which permits the extraction of the englobed air during the collection phase. These lines furthermore grant the total suction of the raw material contained in the tanker and its precise computation.
