Production Process

Our production process starts with the rigorous selection of only the finest, fresh water grown, young coconut husks from a specific area in Sri Lanka. Our extensive curing process takes a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks, after which time the coconut fibers are separated and graded.

This process adjusts the electrical conductivity, as well as, increases our coconut fibers’ flexibility and durability without causing deterioration. We control the intrusion of contaminants and salts into our coir materials during collection and processing by implementing a stringent quality control system. This aids us in maintaining the product’s consistency and uniformity. We maintain detailed documentation for every product from its origin to its final destination.
