The Gx range of RM hose-reel irrigation machines features a swivelling turret structure, which, by rotating on the fixed bottom frame, allows the reel to be steered towards the desired direction to unwind the hose. The machine is outfitted with duly oversize telescopic brackets to allow a high anchoring on any kind of ground. They are operated by self-balancing hydraulic cylinders with safety valves, and they ensure the required stability.       

Both the Xj and Xjm range of RM hose-reel irrigation machines feature a structure that can be hydraulically lowered. Therefore, two positions are determined: on wheels to allow its transfer on road or standing on the ground during work phase. The latter position allows the hose to be unwound in any direction - 360° movement - without having to reposition it again. Moreover, the base resting on the ground gives the machinery a high anchoring which is very useful with long hoses with a large diameter.

The machine rewinds the hose while irrigating. It works with a variable inlet pressure from 1,5 BAR min. to 6 BAR max. (got from water system, submerged pumps, and so on...). The rewinding speed is adjustable in order to distribute the right quantity of water on the field.

All engine-driven pump and engine-driven clutch units of the MOP series are manufactured with new factory engines: FPT (Iveco), JCB, Deutz, J. Deere, Perkins. All pumps belong to the high-performance type manufactured by RM or Rovatti or Caprari.
