Salmon Proteins

Salmon Proteins was established in 2001 by the sea farming industry and others in the Faroe Islands, as a part of the veterinary agreement with the EEC. The purpose of the company is to collect all the fish entrails from the sea farming industry in the Faroe Islands, collect them all in one place, and process this by the demands at present from the authorities and the buyers. We must steer toward a sustainable utilization of these resources, for the benefit of the industry and the environment.
