Enables optimal foraging - also for smallest portions and powder feed. The SENECT Hatchery Fry Feeder is designed for feeding small portions of small-grained or powder fish feed. A special feature is that the feeding aperture is closed in case there is currently no feeding - to prevent moisture coming into the feeder. This mechanism avoids clogging of the fine-grained feed. The integrated LEDs can be switched on with the SENECT control technology prior and during feeding to attract the fish and gather them under the feeder.

Measurement of the oxygen concentration with the low-maintenance and long-term stable optical SENECT O₂-Sensor O2S. If the oxygen concentration sinks below a treshhold, an aerator or solenoid valve depending on the aeration mode is switched on (24 v DC devices directly, 230 V AC devices via the optional Power Switch). Multiple regulations are possible! For example, if the oxygen concentration falls below 70% saturation, an aerator is switched on. If the oxygen concentration falls further to less than 60%, additionally technical oxygen supply is switched on via a solenoid valve.

Microscreen drum filters are regarded as the state-of-the-art particle filtration technology in aquaculture applications. The main advantages of this technology are the fully automatized removal of solid waste - not only capturing the particles with manual backwashing - and the well-proven mechanical base design which makes drum filters ideal for applications with high flow rates.
