Long & Reliable Operation: If you are a contractor offering long distance slurry/ manure handling, then it is likely that you will frequently operate in environments that require more than 1000 metres of hose. SlurryKat Trailed Reelers keep slurry/manure flowing in this type of situation, and take the hard work out of hose laying and retrieval. Highly mobile and robust, all of our rigorously engineered trailed reelers are fitted with flotation tyres, mudguards, road lighting, rear hose roller guide and variable speed hydraulics. These features ensure that they deliver maximum efficiency, and long maintenance-free service life.

This is a modern concept in umbilical slurry spreading, consisting of a spreader combined with a hose reel in a very compact and efficient machine. This machine is available in 400m or 600m capacity and in single or double jet spreader. It has found favour with many professional operators such as slurry contractors and has become widely used by farmers who may prefer to handle their own slurry as supposed to a contractor approach. The `combi` offers a low cost solution and is commonly used as part of a sludgeigator driven system approach.

The SlurryKat Pro-Pak was specially designed by our contracting division where there was a need to carry more lay flat hose on the system without adding any extra weight to the rear of the tractor. Rather than just manufacturing one larger front reeler that would greatly restrict maneuverability in and out of field gate ways, SlurryKat engineers had the Pro-Pak`s innovative approach by adding a second reel to the existing and very popular 600m front reel. This gives a very ergonomic reeling system that has all the benefits required from its purpose without compromise in any way. Capacities are available in 800m, 1000m & 1200m.
