Synoxis Algae

Synoxis Algae is a start-up in the biotechnology field. It’s a spin-off of a company in the plastics processing industry called Synoxis. This company was asked several times to build cultivation systems for microalgae. It allowed them to develop for 15 years an expertise in the microalgae sector. After a collaboration with the IFREMER and the University of Nantes, Synoxis developed its own equipment. The success of their photobioreactors made them develop their subsidiary in 2018: Synoxis Algae. This product is adapted to the needs of laboratories as well as research and development centers. Easily moveable on a bench, its compacity makes it the perfect tool to experiment simply. This photobioreactor offers a batch, a semi-continuous or a continuous mode.
