New performance screws! These stainless steel screws are to match the new design of insert that we are phasing in. Care should be taken to notice that THESE ONLY FIT WITH THE 3MM INSERTS! They come in sets of 10 when purchased separately from wheels. These screws will fit all wheels and are used to attach the inserts to the wheel. All our wheels are now made to fit this new screw. older type screws should not be used with our newer inserts and wheels.

The Basic wheel is a brand new wheel from Trim-Tec that is an aggressive wheel while also giving you a more economical 30% reduction of carbide in the wheel. The Basic wheel has the same cut width of the Titan wheel, but is more aggressive, allowing for more material removal. This wheel is called the basic wheel in honor of the inspiration for the wheel coming from a hoof trimmer named Kresimir Basic.

The Aluminum Hog wheel is a lightweight trimming wheel crafted from aircraft grade aluminum. The Hog is Trim-Tec’s medium aggressive style wheel and is a step up from the Shaver II wheel. The Hog is perfect for the seasoned or professional hoof trimmer with medium sized loads of work. The Hog provides a smooth yet aggressive cut and includes the Back cut which is a feature that allows both sides of the wheel to cut allowing for contouring and trimming in between and around the toes. The Hog wheel will trim soft and hard hooves while resisting rocks and sand. With the Hog wheel you can perform both bulk removal as well as finish work.

This dehorner hooks up to an ATV or any vehicle with a 12V battery. fast, easy, and sanitary, the D-Bud Dehorner cuts and cauterizes all blood vessels, stopping blood supply to the horn. Takes approximately 3 to 5 seconds to de-bud calves (ideal age to debud is 3-6 weeks).
