This model allows you to treat up to 3,000 lbs per minute. The High Capacity LPV features nebulizer coater technology to ensure the most precise coating in the industry. Seed is metered via a weigh belt. Just like the standard LPV, this model features an 8` long by 42" automated tilting drum, which guarantees ultimate coverage from the first seed to the last. USC’s Tube Series (TS) Conveyors combine the gentleness of the SS Series with the traditional stability of a tube-style conveyor, creating the only tube conveyor designed with seed in mind! Conveyors come down to five key components: an undercarriage, the inlet and outlet functions and the decline/incline of the belt. USC improved upon one key component when designing the TS Conveyor: the decline/incline of the belt, making this conveyor more structurally sound, while at the same time, preserving the integrity of the conveyor’s primary function to move seed gently. The TS2500 and TS3500 boast increased capacities with the same belt width, and convenient access makes cleanout painless. Tri-Flo is the most innovative, compact, bulk-weighing system in the industry. Tri-Flo® technology boasts a true continuous flow scale hopper system, and is dominating the market. The 3-Hopper design processes and weighs seed with one control, and it can be configured as an above treater or as a floor mount model. Regardless of your decision, Tri-Flo® boasts the lowest height requirement in the industry! The Tri-Flo comes in standard capacity running at 1,800 lb/min, and in high capacity running at 3,000 lb/min with a larger hopper size.
