Vegetable Harvesting Systems (VHS) products

Available 1m-8m wide.  There are three different models with various tine/roller configurations for different soil types available. Rigid or hydraulically folding machines available.

Tray racks are used to hold trays off the floor whilst the plants are growing in the nursery.  When the plants are ready for dispatch they are transported in the racks to the planting field.

Several sizes of trays are available with various numbers of cells in each tray. For example, the 600x400 tray size that is used in the U.K. has 345 cells for Brassicas and 216 for Salads.

Green crop sponge seeders are tractor based or pedestrian controlled machines.  They are used to seed seeds for crops such as herbs, parsley and baby leafs directly into the ground.The main benefit of these machines is that one motor drives all the seeder heads.

Self propelled, up to 20mph on road, 60 metres per hour in field mode. Selectable two-wheeled drive, and two and four-wheeled steer. Up to 9 metres long and up to 6 metres wide. Any type of harvesting unit can be fitted to the front.

Built with heavy duty steel or plastic chains. The harvesting arm is standard at 6 metres long from the tractor centre line to take in a 12 metre bed system. it is hydraulically folded for road mode, and the chain is hydraulically driven with variable speed.
