Our Service Team visits every site and runs a site survey to determine the best place to install our system. As a result of the site survey a bill of material is produced and key inputs are provided to the Documentation Team.
The system is installed and put into operation either by our engineers or by trained people with our authorization and supervision.
Our control and monitoring tools allow our after sales staff to detect any failure on VIPICUL sites. When the failure is detected, our engineers can remotely sort it out, or contact customer staff to solve the issue.
