Weighing just one tonne and with a working width of 12 metres, it is unusually light and needs little traction force to move it. This makes it perfectly suited to compact teams on small fields or for use on long arable sections. But SwingUp also means maximum spreading accuracy. This is provided by the ExaCut precision distributors, the flexible hoses, which adapts to the shape of the ground, as well as the rigid end hoses, which deposit the liquid manure accurately in the crop, not on it.

SwingMax 36 advances to a new dimension of liquid manure application. For the first time, it`s now possible to spread organic fertiliser evenly at a working width of 36 metres. This makes it possible to use the traffic lanes from field sprayers and also to work large fields quickly. This saves money and time and protects the soil by keeping vehicle transits to a minimum.

Ingenious concept for minimum weight and working width of 36 metres. On the first pass, the DoubleSwing is completed extended and the fertiliser is spread in the outer area, for example. On the next pass along the traffic lane with the DoubleSwing retracted, the inner 18 metres are worked. This principle makes it possible to use the normal traffic lane width. This avoids the need to drive over crops, as is necessary with working widths of less than 36 metres, with the resulting negative impact on growth. Furthermore, DoubleSwing makes it possible to use small tanks together with large working widths. This also reduces pressure on the soil and the lower traction force required to pull the equipment also means that smaller tractors can be used for spreading.

Compax combines innovative dribble bar linkage with modern self-propelled vehicles. Compax2 dribble bar linkage and self-propelled vehicles represent a powerful combination for liquid manure spreading that is gentle on the soil. The design of the Compax2`s folding technology was tailor-made for use with a self-propelled vehicle: Compax2 folds away completely behind the vehicle, not impairing the driver`s view or increasing the vehicle`s width.

24 metre working width for self-propelled vehicles with no additional tracks. The SwingDrive design with a trailing linkage is attached to the self-propelled vehicle via a 3-point attachment. During transport moving, the booms rest on the SwingDrive chassis and the hydraulic top link is carried in the floating position. To reach the working position, the SwingDrive booms automatically extend. At the same time, the chassis is lifted and locked. All the movements are automated and are monitored by the on-board computer via sensors. The equipment is operated using the central touch panel in the cabin. SwingDrive is equipped with one ExaCut precision distributor per boom.

Optimum use of the impact of direct hosing. Umbilical application systems with no additional liquid manure transport vehicle are highly efficient alternatives, particularly for operations with large fields. Instead of being transported in a tanker, the liquid manure is pumped directly to the field via a pipework system. At the field, the umbilical application system is connected to the Vogelsang BackPac, which is installed directly on the tractor. The tractor, BackPac and draught hose spread the liquid manure directly on the field without a tanker vehicle having to drive across the field. This reduces pressure on the soil to a minimum and the direct connection to the liquid manure tank means there is no need for time-consuming refilling.
