DosiMat - Model LVX - Liquid Manure Spreading Central Distributor

The central distribution system with maximum precision and numerous possible configurations. The DosiMat LVC has up to 60 outlets, hose diameters up to DN60 and unmatched precision when distributing liquid manure. It can be used wherever you want a single distributor and need to spread large quantities of liquid manure through a few hoses, for example, or if the aim is to enable an unusually large number of outlets on just one centralised distribution system. Thanks to its many variants, DosiMat LVX is perfect for liquid manure injectors, slot cutters and grubbers, or for retrofitting disc harrows.

ExaCut - Model ECL - Compact Precision Distributor

Best cutting results with maximum reliability. Thanks to its rotor technology, the compact precision distributor ExaCut ECL cuts and distributes excellently. The steady rotor movements make for very smooth running. The liquid manure is distributed homogeneously to the 20 to 60 outlets. With hose diameters up to DN 60, even large amounts of liquid manure can be dealt with. The integrated heavy material separator protects the entire spreading system against troublesome foreign matter.

ExaCut - Model ETX - Reliable Spreading of Liquid Manure

Precision distributor for liquid manure spreading with a new distribution concept. The ExaCut ETX precision distributor is based on a completely new eccentric distribution concept. Thanks to a CFD-optimized flow guidance system, the ExaCut ETX precision distributor has a variation coefficient of less than 10 percent. This makes liquid manure spreading a reliable and secure process. Special baffles ensure uniform flow formation, making the precision distributor very quiet-running and reducing vibration. The precise mass balancing of the moving parts in this new distribution principle also means that service times are increased and operating costs are lower than with previous models.
