The ZIEGLER Pickup Systems (ZPU) are available in working widths of 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.4 meters. The ZPUs are perfect for simple and efficient swath collection, such as from clover, grass, rapeseed, peas, beans, lentils, etc. The collection belts are hydraulically driven by the combine’s reel drive and are infinitely adjustable. This significantly increases the performance of the ZIEGLER-ZPU. Each belt has 36 steel tines that are so fine and flexible that they pick up the crop gently and safely, but stones and soil do not. Plastic tines are also available as an option. The large feed screw has a diameter of 61 cm, the drive is secured by an adjustable friction disc clutch. For voluminous crops such as rapeseed, a hydraulically adjustable swath downholder is also available as an option.

The ZPU-PROLINE series from ZIEGLER is available with working widths of 3 and 4 meters. These pickup models are an optimized further development of the basic model and an absolute professional device for maximum working speed with minimum losses. The highlight: two belts arranged one behind the other ensure perfect pickup and forwarding of the crop into the intake auger. The collection tapes are made of a new type of material and have a special structure. This prevents the crop from slipping off – especially with oily crops. The PROLINE series conveyor tines are made of high quality plastic and are even more powerful and flexible than the metal tines of the normal ZPU. Extra narrow side walls prevent blockages in closely spaced swaths and round off the perfectly successful design of the ZPU PROLINE. All options of our basic model are of course also available for this series.
