Corn Champion - Maize Header

The CORN CHAMPION from ZIEGLER is available in 5-, 6-, 8- and 12-row versions. The 6- and 8-rowers can be folded in/out hydraulically, making them ideal for road transport. All models are optionally available with 50, 70 or 75 cm row spacing. The CORN CHAMPION is a robust and reliable corn picker that comes up with many features and convinces with its price-performance ratio. The engineering and manufacturing process guarantees the blades remain sharper for longer and the chopper units remain cleaner thanks to their flatter placement. Extra long spiked rollers guarantee smooth picking of the cobs from the stalks while two extra large bearings inside the auger heads ensure a smooth flow and long durability. The extremely long construction allows a flat harvesting angle which harvests corn efficiently and gently.

Row Independent Sunflower Picker

The SUNMASTER ROWFREE is the perfect solution for efficient and row-independent sunflower harvesting. It is available in working widths of 5.9, 7.3, 9.4 and 10.7 meters. The very long and narrow shuttles allow harvesting with almost no losses. For both smaller and larger row spacings: with maximum area output due to the flexible direction of travel. The SUNMASTER PRO ROWFREE series is our top model. It has a hydraulically adjustable height beam with chopping units. This under-counter shredder shreds sunflower stalks quickly and efficiently.

Rape Separators and Rape Kits

ZIEGLER has been the world market leader in the field of rapeseed harvesting technology for many years, especially in rapeseed separating knives. The ZIEGLER rapskit is the ideal complete solution for all common cutterbar models. It consists of the rapeseed cutter, a suitable mounting bracket for easy installation on the cutterbar and the matching cable or hydraulic line set. Ziegler`s rapeseed equipment reduces harvest losses by up to 250 kg per hectare and thus pays for itself within a very short time. Each ZIEGLER rapskit can be easily assembled or disassembled by one person due to its low weight and special handles. In addition, quick-release fasteners make tool-free locking on the cutting unit possible. For some cutterbars, we also offer a folding mechanism with special holders – in this case, the rapeseed separators can remain mounted on the cutterbar.

Rapeseed Header Extension

Economical, Efficient, Simple: Being world market leader in rapeseed harvesting technology, ZIEGLER offers a versatile technique in rapeseed harvesting. With its rapeseed header extensions, we place importance on individuality and offers the market’s greatest model choice – for cutting systems with working widths of 3.60 up to 9.30 meters and for a lot of different brands. The Installation of the extension to all common harvesters is very simple and does not require any special tools. Also, the Header extension ensures minimal losses during harvesting. With the same harvesting speed as the header itself and low Vibration of the table sides, productivity is further enhanced.

Rapeseed Side Knives & Kits

A powerful special double knife system with 105 mm long blades. 2 alternative drive motors: electric or hydraulic motor. Low downtime losses due to fast and precise cutting performance. No joint edges on guides and screw heads. Cutting height of 1.35 meters. Centrally-located knives. Blade protection for times when it is not in use.

Silage Preservation Pump

A robust high-pressure pump with an automatic overload system. Stainless steel frame. PE container. Hose with application accessories (8m) and connection cable (10 m). 12 volt electric motor (easy to connect the battery voltage of common harvesting machines). Nozzle set. Two versions (100 or 200 L). Can be connected to self-driven rotary stalk choppers.

Pickup Headers

Ziegler - Pickup Systems

The ZIEGLER Pickup Systems (ZPU) are available in working widths of 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.4 meters. The ZPUs are perfect for simple and efficient swath collection, such as from clover, grass, rapeseed, peas, beans, lentils, etc. The collection belts are hydraulically driven by the combine’s reel drive and are infinitely adjustable. This significantly increases the performance of the ZIEGLER-ZPU. Each belt has 36 steel tines that are so fine and flexible that they pick up the crop gently and safely, but stones and soil do not. Plastic tines are also available as an option. The large feed screw has a diameter of 61 cm, the drive is secured by an adjustable friction disc clutch. For voluminous crops such as rapeseed, a hydraulically adjustable swath downholder is also available as an option.
