The 8’ Expanding Panel allows the alley’s width to change without the curve changing, which means the Working Chute may remain in the same location, regardless of the different alleyway widths.EZ Adjust FrameThe EZ Adjust frame offers seven different alleyway spacings, ranging from 15 to 30 inches. To change the alley width, the user simply removes a pin and moves a lever. The frame adjusts just as easily in freezing weather as it does when it is hot, as all moving parts are at least 8” off the ground.Strong Modular ConstructionManufactured from square tubing for superior strength, the curved and straight panels are formed of 1 1/2” square (14-Gauge) sup-ported by two rows of cut and welded vertical supports—giving the panels excellent rigidity and durability. All panels are sheeted with 16-gauge galvaneal, which is used to prolong the life of the panels. Designed as a modular unit, the facility allows for customization fit for a specific location, need or budget. All pieces are standardized for future expansion and may be installed as a permanent facil-ity or used as a portable unit.
