After keeping the big particles at inlet of filter, multi-layer steel screen perform the thin filtration process. There is seen pressure difference between inlet and outlet after covered by particles to the surface of screen. Back wash process starts after the signal of pressure difference received with the help of sensor. Cleaning is done by nozzles which are moving as spirally in thin screen. During this process, the valve, which is automatically opened, creates high-speed flow at the tips of nozzles and helps to vacuum particles. Filtration continues during 40 sec. back wash process.
