FRISMA - 1-Row Scalper with Hydraulic Motor
The 1-row scalper developed by ZUPH FRISMA is an advanced agricultural implement designed for precision and efficiency in farming operations. The core component, a robust steel saw, is powered by a hydraulic motor, enabling rotary motion for effective cutting. The scalper's cutting blade is highly adaptable with height and inclination adjustments, allowing for tailored operation to meet specific agricultural needs. To further enhance usability, the machine incorporates a feeler wheel, facilitating seamless cutting height adjustments during use. This equipment operates independently, within a set of saws mounted on a frame, or in tandem with a vegetable topper. The option with a hydraulically-driven pump via the PTO shaft further augments its versatility, making it suitable for varied farming setups. ZUPH FRISMA emphasizes ongoing development and reserves the right to modify technical specifications as needed.
The root-topping saw is a complete cutting unit used to mechanically cut off the root head before harvesting vegetables intended for direct processing. Using the root topper, you obtain a carrot (or other root vegetable) with its head cut off evenly at the desired height, ready for harvesting and shipping to the customer.
The main element of the assembly is a steel saw put into rotary motion by means of a hydraulic motor. The cutting blade of the machine is height- and inclination-adjustable, and also the machine uses the feeler wheel for the smooth adjustment of the cutting height during operation.
The saw works alone, in a set or in tandem with a vegetable topper (see accessories).
Models in the offer:
