The Agriprom Dream Mattress is developed to create the most comfortable resting experience for cows. Its unique design combines a breathable Airflex top cover with the innovative Dream Core underlayer, delivering safety, hygiene, and ultimate comfort. Thanks to the thickness, elasticity, and softness of the underlayer, the cow’s hooves sink in deeply. This provides secure grip when standing up, reduces stress on the joints, and encourages cows to lie down faster and for longer. The 3D Airflex top cover is elastic, breathable, and soft. It moves naturally with the cow’s body and the mattress, preventing bald spots and bedsores. Its non-abrasive texture ensures comfort while supporting healthy skin condition.
The Dream Core underlayer reduces pressure on the joints and the entire body, giving the cow ultimate comfort and confidence. The mattress is 5.5 cm thick at the front, tapering to 3.5 cm at the back. This slope improves cow ergonomics, allows fluids to drain easily, and ensures a consistently clean, dry, and hygienic bed.
Made of Energetic Ecolatex®, the underlayer maintains elasticity and shape over time, providing long-lasting performance.
The Dream mattress consists of a specially developed underlay for extra comfort and pressure relief on the cow’s joints. The underlayer is 5.5 cm thick at the front and decreases to 3.5 cm at the back, this provides extra comfort and moisture drainage, but also for better blood flow to the udder, which can increase milk production.
The mattress is wrapped in a 1 mm seamless rubber layer, protecting the core from moisture. This prevents bacterial growth inside the mattress and ensures maximum hygiene and durability.
