The Agriprom Gel Mattress combines innovative design with proven durability to maximize cow comfort. Its laminated underlay with gel foam is fully waterproof and ensures optimal pressure distribution. Tested and certified by DLG for durability and lasting elasticity, this mattress represents the latest generation of cow comfort solutions. Since developing the first cow mattresses in 1991, Agriprom has continuously advanced its designs. Modern cow mattresses are no longer comparable to those from three decades ago — the Gel Foam mattress is the result of that progress. Observation and experience show that cows housed in a comfortable environment produce more milk, live healthier lives, and enjoy greater longevity. The mattress consists of a laminated core made of gel foam, latex, and Ecorub®, creating a durable, waterproof, and extremely comfortable resting surface.Most popular related searches

The 4.5 mm thick top mat is made entirely of high-quality rubber, reinforced with a cord layer to prevent stretching. Its upper surface is finished with a textile profile for optimal grip, or optionally with a hammered profile. The mat can be cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner (max. 120 bar flat jet).
The underlay consists of three specialized layers:
- Energetic Ecolatex® – provides elasticity and prevents deformation.
- Gel Layer – newly developed for enhanced flexibility, allowing the mattress to adapt naturally to the cow’s legs and hocks.
- Ecorub® – a waterproof protective base that shields the gel and latex layers from moisture.
