The Release Hybrid Cubicle combines the flexibility of plastic with the stability of a steel structure, offering maximum comfort for cows while maintaining clear boundaries between spaces. The Release Hybrid Cubicle provides optimal flexibility while keeping cows properly positioned within the cubicle bed. The 180° bend at the end of the plastic pipe delivers controlled flexibility without sacrificing structural strength. Its heavy-wall, robust plastic pipe reduces bruising and allows smooth movement when cows enter or leave the bed.
The innovative zig-zag headrail increases height and space, encouraging cows to stand straight before lying down—improving comfort and overall posture. This design helps reduce health and veterinary costs, supports longer resting times, and contributes to higher milk yields.
The cubicle’s easy-fit system uses fewer posts for faster installation, while the adjustable cantilever steel structureensures customizable spacing and added stability. All clamps are made from 5 mm pressed steel, and all bolts are hot-dip galvanized with lock nuts for maximum durability.
