Wingfield - Model M1 -American Mounted Harrow
The Wingfield American Mounted Harrow can attached to a disc, plow, field cultivator, aerator, and more! It does an excellent job breaking up clods and leveling and provides an ideal seedbed. With our universal mount, we are able to connect to 2 1/2" - 8" rear beams. With a telescopic mount arm, we are able to combine with existing leveling devices as well as being able to add additional harrow depth with no modification to the frame. The mounted harrow also provides the operator full control of the harrow height both at the front and rear of the section.
- Complete mount arm : $570.00
- Harrow mat center support for transport (standard on 12 row harrow mats) : $215.00
Tips for ordering:
- Field Cultivators with 6" spacing of shanks: 12 rows of tines
- Field Cultivators with 7.5" spacing of shanks: 12 rows of tines
- Field Cultivators with 6" spacing of shanks and 3 bar tine harrow or 4 row spike harrow: 6 rows of tines
- Field Cultivators with 7.5" spacing of shanks and 3 bar tine harrow or 4 row spike harrow: 8 rows of tines
- Chisel plows with leveling discs or Busterbars: 8 rows of tines (minimum)
- Chisel plows used alone: 12 rows of tines
When ordering, specify the make and model, with the dimensions of the rear beam to ensure the best mounts. Measure the center sections from hinge point to hinge point, and the wings from hinge point to the center of the outmost shank.
Add 28" - 36" to the overall harrowing width ordered. This measurement assumes a 4" - 5" overlap between the center and wing section, and between 10" - 12" past the outside shanks. If your implement is a 5 section unit, add an additional 8" - 10" to overall width of the harrow desired.
Standard equipment consists of: mount arms, drawbar pipe (front and rear), and rear cross bar to match harrow sections.
