BIO Substrates
Our assortment of BIO substrates was specially developed for biological cultivation and the used raw materails and additives conform to the EC regulation 834/ 2007.App. I. Our BIO substrates are also listed in the resource catalogs of FIBL Deutschland, FIBL Schweiz and BIO Austria.
Alongside high quality peat containing RAL-certified substrat compost and RAL-certified wood fibers, Brill BIO substrates also contain Brill`s unique coconut based renewable resource: our CocoSol supports the flow quality and improves air capacity, structure stability and rewetting. Our CocoDrain is a mix of coconut chips, coconut fibers and fine coconut material developed and produced by Brill. It increases the substrate`s structural stability and improves water supply and drainage.
All BIO substrates contain an organic fertilizer and trace elements. They have an adjusted structure and an adequate pH value.
