Buschhoff - Model EMD -Grain Milling and Mixing Intake Devices
Electronic load control enables the most energy-efficient use of the mill. During operations the load control monitors continually the current consumption of the mill drive. According to the level of current consumption, the control operates a special rotary valve which is mounted at the intake device.
The rotary valve opens/closes the suction line, thereby providing the optimum operating efficiency of the mill.
Exactly as much grain is conveyed to the mill as it can process at optimum efficiency. Current peaks and overload condition are prevented. Apart from a significant energy saving, the durability of the machinery is also increased. Economical operation, for the benefit of our customers, is a prime consideration in the design of Buschhoff products.
