These axles are crafted with forged spindles made from high purity steel, providing superior heat treatment for enhanced toughness and rigidity. The integration of Commercial S-Cam brakes ensures exceptional braking efficiency, fulfilling high-speed and variable load demands. The axles feature 10.9 grade wheel studs and wide taper roller bearings for extended operational life. An innovative patented axle design incorporates a precise lean-out angle to minimize tire wear, while surpassing industry standards for load handling and reliability. Advanced cold forging techniques produce seamless square beams, boosting axle capacity by up to 1 tonne. The braking systems are rigorously tested to meet EU and NF standards, with options including manual and automatic slack adjusters and various actuator mounting brackets.

COMMERCIAL AXLE BENEFITS

The Axle spindles are forged from high purity steel to guarantee superior heat treatment for toughness & rigidity. Commercial S-Cam brake offers high braking efficiency suitable for high speed and many load applications. Wheel studs are 10.9 grade. Extra-wide high-quality taper roller bearings used for ultra-long life. Patented axle design with a precise lean-out angle to minimise tire wear. Designed to exceed all industry standards for load & reliability. Commercial Square beam axles use an innovative cold-forged seamless square beam. This allows an extra 1 tonne capacity per axle.

COMMERCIAL AXLE BRAKES

TUV tested in accordance with EU regulation R13 / 2015/68, UTAC tested in accordance with NF U16-051 / ISO 5696 (selected range).

Manual slack adjusters and Automatic slack adjusters available. Pneumatic & hydraulic actuator mounting bracket options available.
