MicroAktiv - Model DL -Contains Enzymes and Additional Synergistic Ingredients
MicroAktiv-DL is a synergistic mixture of selected, adapted micro-organisms for deodorizing and liquefying animal manure. MicroAktiv®-DL contains enzymes and additional synergistic ingredients to improve the quality and reusability of animal manure.
Animal manure in depots/lakes, silos and manure cellars has the property of hardening. This makes pumping the slurry complicated and time consuming where the slurry has to be pumped around for quite some time to mix it and break up the crusts before it is pumped out. This costs a lot of fuel for the tractor or engine that drives the mixer.
The bacteria and enzymes of MicroAktiv-DL break down manure crusts so that the manure becomes liquid again and can be pumped out of the manure pit. With preventive use, the formation of crusts is prevented.
MicroAktiv®-DL consists of selected, adapted micro-organisms in a concentration of >3 x 109 cfu/gram,
surfactants, buffers and enzymes.
In general, MicroAktiv®-DL is mixed with water and sprayed over the manure heap or directly into the manure pit while mixing the manure. The following dosing guidelines apply:
Manure / Manure cellars / Wells / Bassins
Mix the product in equal weight of warm water (1 kg of product to 1 liter of water)
After pumping out the cellar/well, start with 2 kg/30 m3 cellar/well volume
Maintenance dose of 0.25 kg/30 m3 manure.
To break crusts
Add 2 Kg/30 m3 cellar/well volume 2 weeks before pumping;
Mix the contents of the cellar/well;
Repeat the above 1 week before pumping
Keep moist
