ESMA - Continuous Cycle Grain Dryer With Heat Recovery
The ESMA continuous cycle single–burner dryer with heat recovery is equipped with a switchboard with PLC and touch screen operator panel, that is a system for activation and control, also with remote management of the whole drying process. The operator panel in particular is a device specifically designed to control the drying process of cereals in the temperature version, and it can also sense and measure humidity as an optional feature. This easily customizable system is particularly suitable for continuous cycle or air recirculating dryers with independent discharge regulation.
CONTINUOUS CYCLE WITH HEAT RECOVERY - SINGLE BURNER
The ESMA continuous cycle dryer offers a double energy saving.
The first is achieved by recovery of the warm air flowing out of the cooling area and its conveyance to the fan and then to the burner, which allows an energy saving of about 30% compared to other plants.
Secondly, the optional thermal insulation in the form of an outer casing provides a further 10% or so energy saving. This thermal insulation system, already used in the ESMA cylindrical dryers, consists of an outer sheet metal panel which completely envelops the dryer to form a ventilated casing.
