Agriprom - Cow Mattress Underlayer

At the core of Agriprom’s innovation, the Energetic® Ecolatex underlayer is made from 100% natural latex with outstanding elasticity and memory. This ensures the material always returns to its original shape, providing lifelong flexibility and comfort. It is naturally water-repellent, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial — maintaining excellent hygiene in every barn. Available in different thicknesses (3.5 cm and 4.0 cm), or as part of the Agriflex SSM design with an 8 cm-to-3 cm slope, this underlay guarantees perfect comfort and grip.

The Dream Core underlayer introduces a sloped structure that enhances both comfort and hygiene. Starting at 5.5 cm and tapering to 3.5 cm, it allows fluids to drain naturally, keeping the lying area clean and dry. Its advanced material composition reduces pressure on the joints and provides a stable, supportive base that encourages natural cow movement and rest.

The Gel Core underlayer combines innovation and comfort in a three-layer system. A soft gel layer reduces pressure across the cow’s body, while the familiar Energetic® Ecolatex layer ensures elasticity. The bottom layer, made of waterproof Ecorub, protects against moisture. This unique combination provides total comfort, exceptional durability, and confidence for both cow and farmer.
