AAMS - Dosing System for Liquid Plant Protection Products
Avoids spilling and reduces exposure to crop protection products. The Goatthroat CTDS is an efficient, all-in-one system for hand or pneumatic closed transfer, dosing and triple rinsing of containers of liquid plant protection products. User can switch pump head between containers during use. Designed for very accurate measuring of liquids, it can be connected to measuring devices or directly to the mix tank. It avoids that the operator gets in contact with PPPs.
The system quickly connects to containers which remain in the upright position and transfers up to 18 litres per minute. Dry-lock (no-spill) connections are quick and simple. The system keeps PPP containers closed until ready to rinse with the integrated rinse nozzle which efficiently triple rinses containers.
This is the only CTS (Closed Transfer and Dosing System) on the market today made for small containers that keep the package right side up during use avoiding spillage and allowing simple and accurate dosing. An adapter for Easy-Connect caps is available. The system is tested at JKI and fulfils the requirements of ISO21191 regarding Closed Transfer Systems.
