The Drybed is with its compact size and capacity the most reliable manure separator for dairy, pig and veal farmers, which are looking for a manure separator to separate slurry. The long screw with a relatively low diameter makes it possible for the machine to attain dry matter percentage of up to 40% with very little maintenance. The synthetic layer on the screw makes it possible to separate various kinds of manure for extended periods of time and without any problems.
The Drybed is also available in a mobile version. The mobile Drybed manure separator is ideally suited for farmers that want to separate their manure on multiple locations. Moreover, when a farmer owns multiple separate pits, this separator offers the solution. This manure separator is also the solution with separate pits.

Made out of stainless steel
Because we build the separator completely out of stainless steel, our manure separators are unsusceptible to corrosion. This is important for the long term use of slurry.
Double bearings
The jack-screw in this manure separator has bearings on both sides. Because of this the jack-screw is always positioned in the centre of the machine. This prevents unnecessary wear.
Plastic coating
The jack-screw is outfitted with a very sturdy layer of plastic. This closes off the gap between the sieve and the jack-screw. This makes sure that capacity losses are minimised.
