BiogasPlus - Drying Systems

BiogasPlus offers you various options for drying liquid and solid materials. Air is heated using (residual) heat. The air is then passed through the drying installation. In this way, the water present in the product to be dried is evaporated. 

In addition to drying digestate, our drying installations are extremely suitable for drying, for example:

• Liquid manure / digestate
• Corn
• Sludge
• Fat fraction 
• Wood chips
• Pulp
• Etcetera

Our Concentrator (thickener) thickens liquids to about 15% dry matter. 

The Compact Plus drying installation dries (stab) solid products up to about 95% dry matter. 

Both systems can also be combined with each other (in series or in parallel). It is also possible, for example, to integrate a separator or decanter into your solution.
