In 2008, Barry started Ontario Equipment Sales Inc. specializing in the sale of agricultural equipment, specifically for the North American egg laying market.

In 2015, B.H Ruby Electric Ltd. purchased the rights to Roth Electric Ltd., a company founded in 1947 by his grandfather, Mahlon Roth.

A new chapter began in 2018 when all companies were brought together as Ruby360 Ltd.
