SilageForce - Feed Processing System
For the preparation of grass silage, maize silage, whole crop silage, beet pulp and other pre-chopped feeds. A silage hopper mounted on a running gear, SilageForce processes and compresses grass, maize silage and other feedstuffs in an optimal way and fills the compressed material into silage bags for ideal conservation and excellent feed quality.
Perfect feed
SilageForce compresses the material optimally and provides anaerobic conservation of all feedstuffs.
No losses
Optimal compression of the feed eliminates the risk of moulding and minimises losses.
Optimal quantities
You can choose bag lengths and diameters that suit your individual storage needs.
Small pit face
As the bags come in various diameters that suit your removal needs, the cutting face is as small as possible and material is removed frequently, eliminating the risk of reheating.
Ideal storage
Store your silage in bags and save the costs for constructing an expensive clamp. Bags are also great for pre-rationing and storing special blends.
Simple operation
SilageForce is easily set up, operated and filled. This way of feed conservation is second to none in terms of efficiency.
Drive
The metering rotor is driven by the tractor pto shaft, providing a high-drive and efficient driveline.
Hopper
Inside the hopper, four rotors loosen up the material and one massive rotor controls the material flow to the compressing auger.
Loosening rotors
The loosening rotors are chain-driven by the metering rotor which enables a synchronous and uniform material feed.
Compressing auger drive
The massive auger is driven by a robust double chain and the tractor pto shaft.
Compressing auger
The large-diameter compressing auger feeds the material in a consistent flow from the hopper into the bag, giving reliable compression.
Silage bag tunnel
The silage bag tunnels are available in five different sizes that cater for various storage capacities and ensure optimum storage of the feed. (4’, 5’, 6.5’, 8’, 9’)
