VEPAK reduces the manual handling of logs to a minimum by automating the stacking operation.
Container
Load the logs in bulk into the container. It has a volume of 2 cubic metres / 70 cubic feet. You can empty crates into the container, feed with a conveyor belt or feed directly from the firewood processor.
Cleaner
Integrated cleaner that separates loose material for a clean result in the bags. Dust, bark and debris will fall through the blades and can be collected in a crate.
Electric switchboard
The machine runs on 240VAC 60 Hz single-phase electric power. Simple commands and visual signals let you focus on the packing activity.
Packing chamber
The packing chamber is fitted to a specific log length. Optical sensors define the filling volume and can be moved up and down easily according to your bags or boxes. Designs are available for several log lengths from 20 cm / 8" upto 33 cm / 13".
Forklift pockets
Easy lifting with two forklift pockets on each side. Dry weight of the machine empty is 1,900 kg / 4,200 lbs.
